Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.

Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)

We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a regular PO Box or physical address for shipping.

Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Baltimore County, MD or the city of Philadelphia, PA.

Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan or Wisconsin.

Wireless Nanny Camera orders are special order items and will ship within 3 business days. If you choose to upgrade your shipping to 2nd or Next Day Air, please be aware that your order will still take up to 3 business days to ship – where after that date you would receive your order according to the shipping method you choose.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
